Terms & conditions

General terms for plugin licences and services. The legally binding version is the German AGB.

1. Scope

These terms apply to contracts between Kernpfad (René Neuburger) and customers for software plugins and development services ordered via kernpfad.dev or by email.

2. Services and plugins

Shopware plugins are provided as described on the product pages (purchase or rent). Features marked as "in development" may change before release.

Craft CMS / Craft Commerce plugins obtained through the Craft Plugin Store are additionally governed by the plugin’s own licence (Craft License Agreement or the open-source licence stated in the repository) and by Pixel & Tonic / Craft CMS terms. Purchase price and annual update renewal follow the Plugin Store listing; billing and payouts go through the Plugin Store.

Custom development is delivered as agreed in the individual offer.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in EUR unless stated otherwise. Invoices are due within 14 days unless agreed differently.

4. Licence

Unless agreed otherwise, customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the plugin in the agreed number of installations. Source code is not included unless explicitly contracted.

5. Support

Support scope depends on the licence model. Response times are target values, not guaranteed SLAs, unless a separate support contract exists.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, liability is limited to breach of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable typical damage.

7. Applicable law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, Aschaffenburg, Germany.
